    DBT For Eating Disorders

    Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or DBT, is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy well adapted to treat individuals with eating disorders. This therapy uses accessible, concrete skills to help individuals cope with stress, anxiety, and strong emotional responses. During our Meet and Eat Together therapeutic meal, Elisabeth Byrnes, LMHC, a therapist with Columbus Park Experts and the DBT Center of San Diego, will talk about the ins and outs of DBT treatment.
